The only minus IS pockets. They are too small... You definitely can't put the phone there, the maximum is the keys and then, if you are not afraid to lose, but in principle this is not critical
But the size is better to take the largest one, I took the XXL and behold, it looks like m on me (I'm 177 cm tall)
